All offers received are put to our clients and are subject to their approval before being accepted. Once the sale or lease has been agreed, we aim to send out paperwork that day and track progress closely to ensure that forms are submitted to the RPA as quickly as possible. As soon as a copy of the RPA confirmation of transfer is received we aim to send out sale proceeds and VAT receipts immediately to ensure that the whole process is dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We also source quota from the other main milk quota agencies so you don’t have to spend hours on the telephone ringing around to check prices.

We have recently arranged a number of sales of quota and subsequent buy backs for producers wishing to incorporate their companies, or who wish to offset tax losses, on the advice of their accountants.
