We can assist you in the design and preparation of the drawings required for planning applications for the conversion of rural buildings to various uses, including full residential. Often the older rural barns, particularly those that are Listed, require full building surveys to be carried out and submitted with the planning application, with the drawings then adjusted based on the recommendations.
We can produce drawings for new agricultural buildings, residential extensions and barn conversions.
