compensation/telecoms

The continuing pace of technological innovation and our expanding population both play a part in the need for rural land to be put to alternative uses.  This can range from an underground pipeline to a dual carriageway, or a telecommunication mast to a wind turbine complex.  In each case the landowner will be eligible to receive either income or compensation for the land to be used.  Payments from statutory bodies are usually negotiable and rely upon accurate credible valuations, whilst income for masts or sales of land relies on a comprehensive knowledge of the market.
